Strength is present in everyday life and especially in sports. Its development improves the quality of life and sports performance. In this course of introduction to strength training we will acquire basic knowledge of how to develop it.
This course aims to offer the possibility, both to the professional community and to society in general, of acquiring basic knowledge to carry out a correct programming of strength training, in a completely autonomous way. The course also aims to provide students with a certain criterion to establish and achieve rational objectives, whether specific and/or general, of strength planning.
Understand what strength is and how it is trained. What manifestations are present and how to differentiate one from another. How it improves these physical qualities depending on what we have planned and want to achieve. The correct elaboration of training programs and the correct choice of methods and means to achieve the objectives we have set for ourselves.
Find out what we have to do if we want to jump higher, run faster, have a more muscular appearance. Or how we can benefit from increases in strength in complementary aspects such as losing weight, self-esteem, motivation, rehabilitation, sports complement, etc. will be some of the content that will be taught in this course.
