We have designed an activity mainly based on motor games for people who want to return to an active, healthy and happy life. We want that people, who have been remained inactive for a long time, can perform physical activity in a safely, effectively and amusing way. The correct planning and progression of the games are the key, because in the change resides in the growth.<\/p>\n
